Snacky Brown Bakery

Bringing a founder’s story to life for a dessert brand

Snacky Brown is a gourmet dessert brand specializing in boldly flavored, intentionally portioned treats like bundtinis, puddings, and tarts, all made with less sugar so customers can indulge without the guilt. The brand had earned a loyal in-person following across their local farmers market and a wholesale hospital account.
With real momentum on the ground, Snacky Brown needed a marketing foundation to match.
CHALLENGE

Snacky Brown had built genuine loyalty and trust through word of mouth, quality products, and Regina’s presence at the market, but its digital presence didn’t reflect the strength of the brand. Content was inconsistent, the story behind the business was underdeveloped, and the marketing lacked a clear direction to turn that hard-earned trust into a lasting online community and repeat business.

The deeper issue was that the brand’s most powerful asset was going untold. Regina’s personal story, the corporate stress, the emotional relationship with food, and the decision to build something that let people indulge mindfully, was the heart of the brand, but it was missing from the way Snacky Brown showed up online. Without it, the business risked being seen as just another dessert vendor rather than the community-rooted, story-driven brand it truly is. The challenge was to build a strategy that led with identity beyond inventory and gave Regina a clear path to grow.

SOLUTION

We began by spending time in the business and with the owner behind the scenes in the demo kitchen and on location at the farmers market to understand how the brand shows up and connects with customers. This grounded everything that followed in the real experience of the business rather than assumptions.

From there, we conducted a competitive analysis of the local dessert market, defined a brand positioning built around gourmet quality, mindful indulgence, and real human connection, and developed detailed audience personas centered on the mindful professional. We then built a comprehensive 90-day marketing and content roadmap anchored by a four-pillar content strategy that leads with emotion and story, a platform-specific approach across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, a phased action plan, and a reporting framework tied to the metrics that matter most to the business.

As part of the roadmap, we developed a set of practical initiatives designed to be implemented across the 90 days:

  • video-first content strategy built around a library of evergreen reels capturing Regina’s story, the product, and the market community, mapped strategically across all three phases so the brand always has fresh content to draw from.
  • loyalty and insight system that optimized Snacky Brown’s existing punch card with a QR code to capture how customers discover the business, turning an everyday touchpoint into a source of real marketing data.
  • catering and corporate gifting visibility plan to surface an underused revenue stream, making a service most customers didn’t know existed impossible to miss across the website, social, and in-market signage.
  • seasonal content moment around the summer mocktail pudding line, structured as a multi-part launch to build anticipation and drive in-person visits.
  • In-market activations including a bundle board, a rotating sample tray, and a dessert happy hour to increase average order size and create natural content opportunities at the booth.
  • foundation for recurring revenue, laying the groundwork during the plan period for a subscription model to launch down the line.

My dream felt seen and heard in their hands. Their insights into my ideal customer weren’t just strategic, they were real. Every customer avatar they described is an actual customer, down to their profession and preferences. My videos on social using their strategy saw more than 3x growth within a few weeks.

RESULTS

Snacky Brown now has the direction and tools to turn local awareness into a loyal community. The marketing plan gives Regina a confident way to articulate who Snacky Brown is and why it’s different, and it lays out clear initiatives designed to support her core business objectives, from growing catering and online sales to building repeat customer behavior over time. The content strategy ensures every post leads with story and emotion rather than product alone.

The impact showed up quickly. The new strategy more than tripled their ongoing video reach. The audience personas proved so accurate that Regina recognized real, individual customers in them, giving her a sharper lens for every marketing decision going forward. By placing the founder’s journey at the center of the strategy, Snacky Brown is positioned to become a brand people believe in and want to support.
