Conducting a diversity assessment of digital channels to enhance awareness and visibility

 

Kelly Services has provided workforce solutions to customers in a variety of industries throughout its history. The range of workforce solutions and geographic coverage has grown steadily over 70 years to match the needs of its customers. Kelly expertise spans an array of outsourcing and consulting solutions, including recruitment, human resource management, vendor management, and outplacement services on a global basis with over 140 countries in its supply chain.

Challenge:

Kelly Services sought additional insights as to how multicultural elements can be included in its digital channels, mainly across its website and social media platforms. In addition, an external perspective was needed to assess its current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion content and enhance such for more awareness and visibility.

Solution:

Kelly Services worked with Blended Collective to assess its website and digital channels to identify how its current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion is perceived externally. With the main goal of analyzing the external and multicultural perspective, the website along with social media platforms were assessed.

Results:

This resulted in recommendations to both the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and the Principal of Global Diversity Solutions to improve the differentiation and presence of corporate and supplier diversity externally for ultimate awareness and visibility.
